I’m so glad you’ve arrived. Happy Heart & Co was birthed from a deep valley in my life. I was in a place where I allowed depression and anxiety to rule my life and became someone I didn’t recognize. I decided to begin a journey to joy and find what it means to truly live with a happy heart. Here is where I’ll share my journey to joy, through motherhood, health, wellness and seeking God through it all. My prayer is that you leave feeling encouraged and joyful.
